• Comprehensive Medication Review: Look at all your medications and identify any drug interactions, duplication of therapy, possible side effects and deficiencies in treatment.

• Chronic Disease Management: Specialize on the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Heart failure, etc. Pharmacist can assess your current therapy and make recommendations if needed. Education of disease state and lifestyle modifications for better management.

• Discuss techniques to improve medication adherence.

• Teaching of proper use of glucose and blood pressure meters

• Recommend appropriate vaccinations based on age and comorbidities

• Answer questions about individual medications or medication regimens (indication, how to take it, adverse side effects, drug-drug interactions, etc.)
